Enter in your name and email address and click “Check for Invitation”

Once you receive your emailed invitation, click “Visit Practitioner’s Store”
This will take you to Dr. Nicholai’s Wellevate Store where you will need to finish setting up your account by creating a Password and entering your Phone number and Zip Code. After filling out these fields click, “Sign Up”

You are all set! You can click “Shop Products” to start ordering your Thorne and Nordic Naturals supplements and have them shipped directly to your home!
